When "normal" life ain't cutting it - make an abnormal solution: Welcome to Vital Light - a village concept where families can cooperatively co-fund (initially) a holiday-type retreat in Bali - which may evolve into an inclusive co-operatively managed village inclusive of local and international parents of special needs children.
